​First of all I would like to thank God for another safe hunting and  plentiful season.  It's not always about how many rabbits you bring back, if your going hunting for that, here are a few good things you might miss:

 

1. The harmony of a good pack on the chase

2. Watching your oldest dog do his/her thing  and you know its their last season

3. Catching one of your dogs smiling (it happens)

4. Enjoying your young pups getting schooled by your old dogs

5. Watching the rabbit run by your buddy and he goes through a box of shells (he is buying the beer)

6. Great conversation at the end of any hunt
